POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND DISCLAIMERS

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CREDITS:

All requests for enrollment cancellation must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Please provide participant’s first and last name along with the class you wish to cancel. See refund/credit eligibility requirements below.

Full Refund Request (Before Season Start):

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class.
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the first class will result in a one-class fee.

Partial Refunds (After Season Start):

• Cancellation requests made after the season has started will be prorated from the date of your request, based on the remaining classes (regardless of attendance).
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the upcoming class will result in the charge of that class.
• Partial refunds can be processed up until 48 hours after the conclusion of the third class.

Account Credit (After the Third Class):

• Cancellation requests made 48-hours or more after the third scheduled class date are only eligible for account credit.
• Account Credit amount will be prorated based on the number of classes remaining.
• Credit will remain on account until used (can be applied to any enrollment on that account).

Non-Issuance of Refunds or Credits:

• No refunds or credits will be issued after a program's scheduled end date.
• Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness, schedule conflicts).
• Refunds or credits will not be issued for failure to attend scheduled make-up sessions.
• Unused credits are non-transferable to other accounts and are not eligible for refunds, regardless of participant age.
• The Annual Enrollment Fee, which is charged once every 365 days, is non-refundable and cannot be waived.

WEATHER POLICY:

• Soccer Shots may cancel class due to inclement weather such as extreme heat, extreme cold, low air quality, or intensive rain with frigid temperatures (subject to the discretion of Soccer Shots).
• We often wait until the day of class to make a decision in order to get a more accurate assessment. The decision to attend class is always up to you.
• We will send communications via text and email as soon as a decision is made to cancel a class.

MAKE-UP CLASSES:

• Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled for individual players unable to attend scheduled sessions for personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc).
• Soccer Shots schedules one makeup class each season due to a class cancellation. Examples include a coach call out, weather cancellation, or park closure. Additional cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or future class voucher. Please see your class product description for its scheduled make-up date.

PROGRAM & SEASON CANCELLATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 registrants for Classic and Premier programs, or 4 registrants for Mini programs is required at least 5 days prior to the first session for that program to take place. Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will attempt to find alternative programming or a full credit voucher or full refund will be offered.
• Cancellation notices will be sent by email, to the account email address, typically not less that 48-hours prior to the session.
• If, for any reason, a program is canceled prior to the start of the season we will offer a full credit voucher or refund.
• If, for any reason, a program is canceled once the season has begun we will offer a prorated credit voucher or refund for the value of the canceled sessions.

PARENT ATTENDANCE POLICY:

• It is required that a parent or guardian remain on site during the entire duration of Soccer Shots - Public or Park Classes. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, as well as to create a positive and engaging environment for everyone involved. We understand that parents may have other obligations, but we kindly request your cooperation in prioritizing your child's safety and enjoyment during the class.

DISMISSAL POLICY - for Camps and School or Childcare Center programs:

• Coaches will check IDs of anyone picking up children at dismissal.
• If your child is to be picked up by anyone else, please update your account or contact our offices with details for the authorized pickup person (full name and phone number).
• Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled end time of a session. Additional charges will be incurred at $5 dollars a minute, if children are not picked-up within 10-minutes of a program’s scheduled end time.
